OUR POLICES

  • All rates are for 2 people per room
  • Each additional adult is $15 per night
  • Maximum 2 children 12 and under at no charge per room
  • Payment for entire stay required at check in
  • No refunds after check-in
  • Beach towels not provided
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Must be 21 to register
  • Unregistered guests not allowed on property
  • Deposit required by cash, check or money order
  • Checks not accepted at check in
  • Credit cards accepted at check-in
  • Specials require advance reservations
  • All rates subject to 7% sales tax and 5% occupancy tax (municipal tax may apply)
  • Check in 3pm
  • Check out 11 am
  • All rooms are non-smoking

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Deposits are required by cash, check, or money order
    within 7 days of booking or your reservation will be canceled.
  • Nightly rentals - 1 night deposit -72 hours prior to arrival
    Specials and Mini-Weeks-50% deposit-1 week prior to arrival
    After cancel date deposit is forfeited.
  • Reservations made within 2 weeks of arrival date may be made with credit card, but require fax authorization and $25 fee if cancelled on time.  Full night or 50% charged if cancelled after cancel date.
